Prints and Vans

Never underestimate the power of a good outfit on a bad day. No matter how crappy you are feeling, if you get up and throw on something fabulous it makes everything better. Numerous Pinterest boards and #ootd saves later and my wardrobe is finally one I am starting to fall in love with.

Online shopping and I have a problem. I’m an add to cart kinda gal.  The kind that spends hours scrolling, who throws everything in and then deletes afterwards. The dangerous kind. However, for the past few months I have really been trying to stay away from the impulse buys and save for pieces that I will love for longer. With my move back to the UK and moving into a room in my parents house, I really had to Marie Kondo my wardrobe (and my life!) If it didn’t spark joy, I donated it to friends and I really feel so much better for it.

In this blog post I have put together some outfits for Spring where I have styled up my Vans. Most of these items are from the high street and are affordable fashion. Half of my wardrobe is packed and ready to go back to the UK and the other half is in my ex’s house so this is what I am working with at the moment…

This floral print maxi skirt is from Zara this season. It can be styled up nicely with basic or slogan tees and chunky jumpers. Ciao Bella tee from FIND. Jumper from New Look.

This jumpsuit from Lost Ink is to die for – peplum waist and balloon sleeves. Looks beaut with Vans.

Leopard print! Maxi skirt from Zara this season, jumper from H&M and bag is Carvela Kurt Geiger. IMG_0369
